አቶ በቀለ ገርባ የአመክሮ መብታቸውን ተከለከሉ

በእስር ላይ የሚገኙት የኦሮሞ ፌደራሊስት ኮንግረስ ም/ሊቀመንበር አቶ በቀለ ገርባ የእስር ጊዜያቸውን ቢጨርሱም አመክሮ መከልከላቸው ተሰማ። ህክምናም እያገኙ ኣይደለም ተብሏል። የኮንግረሱ ዋ/ጸኃፊ ለዶቸቬሌ እንደ ነገሩት ከሆነ አቶ በቀለ ገርባ የ 3 ዓመት ከ 7 ወር የእስር ጊዜያቸውን አጠናቀው መለቀቅ የነበረባቸው ባለፈው ጥር 11 ቀን ነበር

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብዓዊ መብት ኮሚሺን በበኩሉ የዚህ ኣይነት ቅሬታ እስከኣሁን እንዳልደረሰው አስታውቋል።

ቀድሞ በዶ/ር መረራ ጉዲና ይመራ የነበረው የኦሮሞ ህዝብ ኮንግረስ (ኦህኮ) እና ያኔ በአቶ ቡልቻ ደመቅሳ ይመራ የነበረው የኦሮሞ ፌደራሊስት ዲሞክራሲያዊ ንቅናቄ (ኦፈዲን) ተዋህደው የፈጠሩት የኦሮሞ ፌደራሊስት ኮንግረስ ተቀዳሚ ም/ሊቀመንበር ነበሩ፤ አቶ በቀለ ገርባ። በያዙት ኃላፊነትም ያለ አግባብ የታሰሩ ኦሮሞዎችን ጉዳይ እየተከታተሉ ለዓለም ዓቀፍ የመብት ተሟጋቾች እና ለሚመለከታቸው ሁሉ ያሳውቁም ነበር። ይኸው ተግባራቸው ያላስደሰተው የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ታዲያ የኮንግረሱ ዋ/ጸኃፊ አቶ በቀለ ነጋ እንደሚሉት አሸባሪ በሚለው ድርጅት ስም ወንጅሎ አስፈረደባቸው። የተፈረደባቸው ስምንት ዓመት ሲሆን በይግባኝ ሰሚ ፍ/ቤት ወደ 3 ዓመት ከ 7 ወር ተሻሽሎላቸው ነበር ዝዋይ እስር ቤት የከረሙት።

አቶ በቀለ ገርባ ከዝዋይ እስር ቤት ጀምሮ አሁን በሚገኙበት የቃሊቲ ወህኒቤትም ታመው ህክምና እንዳላገኙም ነው እየተነገረ ያለው። የኢትዮጵያ የሰብዓዊ መብት ኮሚሺን ሊቀመንበር የሆኑት አምባሳደር ጥሩነህ ዜና ግን የዚህ ኣይነት አቤቱታ እስከ     አሁን አልደረሰንም ባይ ናቸው።

ከኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ወከባና እስራት ሸሽተን በጎረቤት አገር እንገኛለን ከሚሉት የኦሮሞ ተወላጆች መካከል አንድ ስማቸው እንዲጠቀስ ያልፈቀዱ ስደተኛ በበኩላቸው ከአቶ በቀለ ገርባ በባሰ ሁኔታ ህክምና ተነፍገው የሞቱ የኦሮሞ እስረኞችም አሉ ሲሉ አንዳንዶቹን ጠቃቅሷል። ከዚሁ በመነሳት የኢትዮጵያ እስር ቤቶች የስራ ቋንቋ ኦሮምኛ ሆኗል እስከማለትም ተደርሷል። የሰብዓዊ መብት ኮሚሺን ሊቀመንበሩ አምባሳደር ጥሩነህ ዜና ግን ሊደንቀን ኣይገባም ይላሉ።

የኦሮሞ ፌደራሊስት ኮንግረስ ም/ሊቀመንበሩ፤ አቶ በቀለ ገርባ፤ በተፈረደባቸው ዕለት የፍርድ ማቅለያ አስተያየት ይሰጡ ዘንድ እድል ቢሰጣቸውም «ሳላጠፋ የፈረደብኝን ፍ/ቤት ይቅርታ ኣልጠይቅም። ይቅርታ መጠየቅ ካለብኝ የሚጠበቅብኝን ያህል ካልሰራሁለት የኦሮሞን ህዝብ ነው ይቅርታ እምጠይቀው» ሲሉ ችሎቱ ፊት ቆመው መናገራቸው አይዘነጋም።
