አንድነት እና መኢአድ በባህር-ዳር በጠሩት ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ላይ ከ15 ሺህ ህዝብ ተሳተፈ

 

የተለያዩ መፈክርሮች ያነገቡ ሰልፈኞች በባህር ዳር የአንድነት ፓርቲ ጽ/ቤት አካባቢ በመገኘት ሰልፉን ከ15 ሺህ የሚበልጥ ህዝብ ሰልፉን ተቀላቅሏል:: የአንድነት ፓርቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ኢ/ር ግዛቸው ሽፈራው፣ የመኢአድ ፕሬዝዳንት አቶ አበባው መሃሪ እንዲሁም የትብብር ለዴሞክራሲ ሰብሳቢ አቶ ግርማ በቀለ እንዲሁም የአንድነት ፓርቲ ብሄራዊ ምክር ቤት አባል የሆኑት አንጋፋው ፖለቲከኛ ዶ/ር ኃይሉ አርአያን ጨምሮ ሰልፉን በቀዳሚነት ሲመሩ ታይተዋል።

በአማራ ክልል የክልሉ ምክትል ፕሬዝዳንት እና የብአዴን ጽ/ቤት ሃላፊ አቶ አለምነው መኮንን በአማራ ህዝብ ላይ የሰነዘሩትን ዘለፋ በመቃወም ነው የባህር ዳር ሕዝብ በነቂስ ወጥቶ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍ ያደረገው።

ድል የህዝብ ነው!! ኢትዮጵያዊ አንድነታችን ከልዩነታችን በላይ ነው!!  ከባዶ ጭንቅላት ባዶ እግር ይሻላል!!  ብአዴን የአማራውን ሕዝብ አፍኖ መግዛት ያቁም!! የኢሀደግ አምባገነን አገዛዝ ሰልችቶናል!! የሚሉ መፈክሮችን ሲያሰሙ ነበር።

Ethiopian Journalists Accused For Investigating Adoption Scandal

The editor-in-chief released on 5,000 Ethiopian  Birr ($260) bail

Firew Abebe the editor-in-chief of Sendek ( one of the few renaming dissident and critical newspapers in the country ) told AddisAdmass, a local Amharic weekly that he appeared at the Makelawi Police Investigation Prison last Thursday accused of defamation following publishing an investigative report about adoption malpractices in Ethiopia. The case was filed against the editor by Ethiopia's Women, Youth & Children Ministry. 

According to Firew, his paper published an Editorial under the title "The Campaign Against Adoption Should Start with Accountability" and OP-ed entitled Adoption & the loopholes in our Legal System on its legal column. 

Some of the funny accusations filed by the Ministry includes among others: damaging the country's image, eroding the credibility of the legal system and defamation against the Minister in charge. 

Firew added the accusation was meant to threaten his paper from exposing the rampant rent seeking and corruption in Ethiopia and vowed to make every sacrifices the profession demands to get the job done.

ጋዜጣው ታህሣሥ 23 ቀን 2ዐዐ6 ዓ.ም ‹‹የጉዲፈቻ ዘመቻ በተጠያቂነት መጀመር አለበት›› ርዕስ አንቀጽና በሕግ አምዱ ላይ ‹‹ጉዲፈቻና የሕጎቻችን ክፍተቶች›› በሚል ዘገባ ማውጣቱን ዋና አዘጋጁ ተናግራል፡፡ የሴቶች፣ህፃናትና ወጣቶች ሚኒስቴር በጋዜጣው የአገርን ገፅታ የሚያበላሽ፣ የፍትህ ስርዓቱን ተዓማኒነት የሚያሳጣና የሚኒስትሯን ክብር የሚያዋርድ ዘገባ አውጥቷል ሲል ለፓሊስ አቤቱታ ማቅረቡን የተናገረው ዋና አዘጋጁ፤ ከትላንት በስቲያ በፌደራል ወንጀል ምርመራ ዘርፍ ቀርቦ ቃሉን ከሰጠ በኋላ፣ በ5ሺህ ብር ዋስ መለቀቁን ገልጿል፡፡
በጉዲፈቻ ዙሪያ ባወጡት ዘገባ ስም በማጥፋት በመንጀላቸው እንዳሳዘነው የገለጸው ዋና አዘጋጁ ፍሬው፤ “የተፈለገው ሙስናና ኪራይ ሰብሳቢነትን እንዳናጋልጥ ቢሆንም ፈርተን ወደ ኋላ አንልም፤ ሞያው የሚጠይቀውን  መስዋዕትነት ሁሉ እንከፍላለን” ብሏል፡፡
